Lana Nasser, M.A. started leading workshops since she was 16 years old, and has continued to develop her technique ever since. Working with all ages, backgrounds, and dance levels, she believes belly-dance to be natural to every woman; it is how our bodies want to move-if we let them. It is meant to be effortless. * Jenny Badger Sultan, M.F.A. is a painter and mask maker whose work is inspired by dreams, visions, and the myth and art of ancient cultures. Archetypal images, including manifestations of the goddess have emerged using art as a spiritual practice. She taught in the Art Department at San Francisco College for over thirty years.
